Successful completion of this fast-track program will lead you to be an Assistant Manager in Swire Coca-Cola! 

Programme Overview:  

Our Graduate Trainee Programme is structured to provide you with in-depth training and practical experience in ONE of the following streams: 

1. Sales & Marketing; 
2. Supply Chain; 
3. Finance; 
4. Human Resources 

Who We Are Looking For: 

• Fresh graduates with bachelor's degree or above in any field of study 
• Less than 1 year of full-time work experience 
• Strong business acumen, with innovative and strategic thinking  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  
• Passionate, energetic, and driven to succeed at Swire Coca-Cola  
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese  
• IANG students who meet the above requirements are welcome
