Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory works, e.g. sample collection, microbiological, chemical, physical test on beverage products and packaging materials

• Ensure all the working procedures follow the SOPs and requirements from Quality Assurance

• Keep data and result with accuracy, analyse date correctly and independently

• Perform daily media preparation, verification, equipment maintenance, laboratory housekeeping, and calibration

• Provide assistance to administrative work, technical support and other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology, Food Science, Food Technology, Food Testing, Chemistry, Biology or related science disciplines

• Knowledge in microbiology testing standards

• Hands-on experience in any of laboratory disciplines 

• Able to work shift (Daily shift/ Weekend shift or/and overtime)

• Responsible, reliable and well organized

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
