Shipping Coordinator/ Shipping Clerk

Job Summary

The incumbent will be responsible for executing the shipment issue to Distribution Centre Department.

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities
 

  • Assist Shipping Supervisor to monitor the shipping operations in compliance of company policy
  • Coordinate with division and warehouse for smooth operations
  • Perform the insurance claim issue  
  • Prepare and file shipping related documents
  • Follow up the shipments with non-conformity
  • Work with forwarders and factories for shipment issues
  • Prepare the custom declaration
  • Check invoice from forwarders and surveyor
  • Perform the shipment confirmation in system

 

Requirements
 

  • F.5 / DSE or above with Certificate in Supply Chain or related disciplines preferable
  • 2 years of experience in shipping operations preferable in garment industry
  • Capable in English and Chinese communication by email
  • Hardworking with positive working attitude
  • Detail-minded, self-motivated with good communication skill
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
