Quantity Surveyor

Requirements
-  Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Quantity Survey or equivalent
-  2-3 years relevant experience
-  Mature, proactive, responsible and have good communication skills
-  Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
-  Strong negotiation skill
-  Able to work under pressure such as tight schedule
-  Fresh graduates are also welcome
-  Candidates with experience in Quantity Surveyor in fitting-out works is an advantage
-  Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Job Duties
-  Responsible for assisting in the administration of main contracts and sub-contracts
-  Analysis, review and negotiate contract terms
-  Responsible in cost control and budgeting, contractual claims and sub-contractor's claims
-  Handle payment applications,  assessing subcontractors' interim payments and final account   
   settlement
-  Attend site meeting and regular site visit
