Key Responsibilities

• Execute or review accounts payable operations including invoice validation, statement reconciliation, and batch payment processing to ensure accurate and timely vendor settlements;
• Carry out daily treasury operations, monitor and manage daily cash position, prepare cash flow forecast, review bank guarantee and liaise with banker;
• Maintain and review vendor master data, ensuring compliance with company policies and audit requirements;
• Support month-end closing activities, including the preparation of balance sheet schedules and reconciliation reports;
• Assist to drive process enhancement projects to streamline and improve efficiency in accounts payable processes ;
• Perform other finance-related tasks or projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related disciplines is preferred;
• Minimum 3 years accounting / auditing experience;
• Independent, strong attention to details ad accuracy, able to work in fast-paced environment;
• Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word & Power Point) and Chinese Word Processing; knowledge in SAP is an asset;
• Good communication and written skills.
