Responsibilities:

• Follow up purchase orders to support daily operations
• Assist in sourcing, price negotiation, quality checking and delivery arrangements
• Manage and update all purchasing documents and records
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Purchasing or Business Administration is preferred
• Minimum of 1 years' relevant working experience in Hospitality or F&B industry
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Responsible, reliable and multi-tasking is a must
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing) and SAP
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Purchasing Officer
