Responsibilities 

• Responsible for handling full spectrum of Training & Development functions, including in-house training and seminars, external training classes and staff engagement activities;
• Identify training needs, formulate schedule and implement learning & development program to meet the business need and development goals;
• Prepare, update and review training materials including video editing for different training classes in accordance with various requirements & purpose; 
• Record, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of each training program;
• Support and monitor Mystery Shopping Program and propose improvement plans & actions
• Handle ad-hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Business, Human Resources, Training and Development or related disciplines;
• Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience in designing and delivering training programs, candidate with F&B or retail background is an advantage;
• Good Knowledge in video shooting/ editing
• Strong sense of ownership and self-motivated with good organizational and communication skills
• A team player and able to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing is a must;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
