大廈主管

大廈主管
(工作參考編號: REA/BS003202301)

職責:

  • 處理全棟大廈所有公共設備 、地方等管理
  • 承擔一般大廈保安管理工作
  • 負責大廈職員的人事管理事宜及大廈行政工作等
  • 定時匯報工作
  • 聯絡保養商跟進設備損壞的維修及報價
  • 提供顧客服務，回答諮詢，跟進業戶求助或投訴，維繫業戶關係
  • 執行上司另行委派的任務

要求:

  • 中五或以上程度
  • 持有物業管理人(第2級牌照及有效保安人員許可證
  • 5至10年督導管理經驗 (經驗較少的應徵者將被考慮為大廈助理主管)
  • 良好粵語、英語會話及書寫
  • 有良好的中英文應對能力
  • 懂中文電腦操作及使用更佳
  • 對大廈消防、來去水及升降機系統有簡單認識
  • 能即時上班優先

工作時間:

  • 上午7時至下午7時
  • 每週工作六天
  • 輪休

工作地點:
中半山
