Responsibilities:
Perform full spectrum of human resources and administration support, including update personnel information in system, filing, payroll calculation, leave management, etc.
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for front-line, office staff and domestic helper, including but not limited to posting job advertisements, interview arrangement, conducting job fair, etc.
Coordinate administrative duties of on-boarding and off-boarding
Maintain for website and social media channels (e.g. Facebook & Instagram)
Prepare HR reports and related analysis
Handle any other ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
Form 5 or above
At least 1 year relevant working experience
With experience in recruiting domestic helper is an advantage
Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
Proficiency in MS Office applications, Access and Chinese word processing
Self-motivated, well organized, detailed minded, independent and able to work under pressure
Immediately available will be an advantage
