Job Scope:

• Execute and optimize cross-boundary operations.

• Collaborate with sales team to align demand plans and sales budget.

• Monitor forecast accuracy and implement corrective actions to reduce deviations.

• Prepare production schedules and supply plans based on demand forecasts and production capacity.

• Coordinate with manufacturing teams and OEMs to ensure timely execution of production and supply plans.

• Balance inventory levels to minimize stock-outs and excess holding costs.

• Coordinate with OEMs for delivery schedule and optimize container loading to maximize space utilization.

• Monitor and review 3PL operations.

• Resolve operational issues and reconcile the inventory records with 3PL partners.

• Work closely with procurement team, sales team and finance team for sales forecast, demand and supply fulfillment and month-end closing.

• Ensure the data accuracy in ERP system.

• Support ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, preferably within FMCG industry.

• Proven track record in demand planning, production scheduling, and 3PL management.

• Detail minded, mature mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS office applications.

• Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English.

• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Supply Chain Officer.
