Job Description
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily paper work, maintain confidential information and document management
• Coordinate, monitor and follow up all business matters and documentation as assigned
• Coordinate and attend team meetings, events and conferences
• Capable to handle all enquires and correspondence independently
• To works closely with the merchandising and marketing team
• Assist in clerical and various tasks assigned and ad hoc projects

Qualifications:

• High diploma or degree holder
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
• Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint) and proficient in Chinese typing
• Independent, proactive, mature and multitasking, work under pressure and with a can do attitude
• Fresh graduate are welcome.
