SVP, IT Infrastructure (K8S & DevOps) (AI company) (HKD 900K - 1.2M, WFH)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation of company's AI solutions in the APAC (Hong Kong, PRC, Taiwan, Singapore etc.) regarding K8S cluster, Azure/ AWS/ GCP K8S, ensuring they are effectively integrated with the systems of clients while resolving any intricate issues that arise.
  • Work closely with different teams to enhance processes and minimize manual interventions, driving improvements in operational workflows.
  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies and advise leadership on relevant trends and future developments in infrastructure solutions.
  • Manage a team of IT staff by assessing their performance, providing guidance and mentorship, and coordinating their tasks to support business objectives while enforcing security protocols to safeguard data and infrastructure compliance.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. 
  • The candidate MUST be technically strong/ deep understanding in K8S Infrastructure & DevOps, and have a strong leadership capacity
  • Sophisticated in Kubernetes clusters (adept at troubleshooting and providing solutions) and maintain reliability across various cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, and GCP).
  • Strong and effective communication with clients (B2B solutions, including post-sales activities), along with strong proficiency in Mandarin & English (with good Cantonese is a plus)
  • Knowledge of the followings is a plus: Linux system administration, security protocols, system and network policy management, SQL databases, and coding in Shell, Python, Node.js, and Golang
