Senior Manager - Human Resources and Administration


  • Handle full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training & development, performance management, staff relations etc.
  • Initiate, review and implement strategies, policies & procedures in a proactive way to meet business needs & in line with corporate goals & objectives
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and preservation of talent
  • Develop and manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Develop and implement employee relations program to enhance employee motivation and engagement
  • Implement & provide professional services & advice to Top Management
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned


  • Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
  • At least 8 years' solid experience in HR functions; experience in retail or catering industry is preferable
  • Familiar with the employment ordinance and other related legal regulations
  • Strong numerical and analytical capabilities
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Independent and able to work under pressure
  • Willing to travel occasionally
