工作職責:

  • 監督及管理餐廳的日常運作如存貨管理、現金管理、儀器管理等，以確保營運、食物及服務品質符合公司指標
  • 帶領團隊達至餐廳業績及利潤目標，有效成本管控
  • 協助招聘及培訓員工，建立優質團隊

職位要求：

  • 中五程度或以上，最少4年的飲食管理經驗,具快餐或連鎖餐廳管理經驗者優先考慮
  • 對工作有熱誠及責任感,具獨立處事及危機應變能力
  • 良好的人事管理技巧及人際交往能力
  • 具衛生督導員或衛生經理證書更佳

工作時間:

全職: 每天工作 10 小時
