Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all financial data, ensuring accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.
• Track and monitor inventory levels, working closely with the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory management procedures.
• Assist in creating and implementing the warehouse's financial budget, and track and analyze performance against this budget.
• Assist in food cost analysis.
• Assist in implementation of warehouse and production management system.
• Communicate effectively with external auditors, manage audit processes, and provide updates on financial status to upper management. 

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the F&B or warehousing sector.
• Strong knowledge of accounting processes.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using ERP system, Inventory Management System and MS Office.
• Immediately available is preferred.
