The Group is a fast growing F&B chain restaurants in Hong Kong, owns several renowned brands managing about 70 outlets in Hong Kong. To cope with our rapid expansion, we invite high caliber candidates for the following position:
Purchasing Quality Assurance (PQA) Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Support routine QA department functions, including product quality review, calibration and validation program, product recall, complaints, etc
  • Conduct regular on-site inspections (GMP/HACCP) at supplier factories to ensure accuracy and precision in every step of our production
  • Regularly inspect and improve production equipment and facilities
  • Investigate quality complaints and ensure suppliers implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)
  • Coordinate random sampling and lab testing for purchased ingredients
  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Food Science or a related discipline
  • Knowledge in ISO22000, GMP and HACCP is an advantage
  • 3+ years of QA experience in F&B or food manufacturing (auditing experience preferred)
  • Willing to travel for supplier site visits (local and/or Mainland China)
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing, Proficient in English and Chinese
