We are looking for a talented Sous Chef, Chef de Partie and Demi Chef in a professional kitchen.

Requirements:

• Sous Chef - Minimum 4-5 years’ experience with the same position in Fine dining and Michelin Star restaurant specializing in Western cuisine.
  CDP - Minimum 2-3 years’ experience with the same position in Fine dining and Michelin Star restaurant specializing in Western cuisine, lesser experience will be considered as Demi Chef.

• Higher Diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate.

• In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation, and nutrition.

• Creative and quality-oriented team player, hard worker, good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Capable of working in a fast-paced production environment.

• Fluent in English and Chinese.
