Job Responsibilities

• Oversee business process and project operations, including sourcing operation process, sample management and administrative process

• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across divisions to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement transformation projects

• Formulate and execute plans for process re-engineering, simplifications and standardization

• Analyze and review the efficiency & performance of the business operations and processes and identify key areas of improvement in line with the

• Company’s goals & objectives

• Facilitator effective communication and collaboration across divisions

• Coordinate with internal audit in relation to sourcing process

• Prepare and coordinate presentation materials for executive meetings

• Handle other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Management

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administrations or related disciplines

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business operations or a related field

• Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Demonstrate strong verbal, written and analytical skills

• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

• Background in buying office is preferred

• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). Candidate who can speak German is a plus

• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
