Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (IT Services & AI Solutions)

We work with both enterprise and SME customers and are expanding our sales team to support continued growth.


Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to drive sales for both our services and AI products.

This role suits someone who is comfortable selling solutions rather than off-the-shelf products, enjoys engaging with customers, and is motivated by results and commission.

You will manage opportunities end-to-end, from identifying leads to closing deals, working closely with our technical and delivery teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for:

    • IT consulting and system integration services

    • AI and automation platforms and subscriptions

  • Engage enterprise and SME customers to understand business and technical requirements

  • Conduct sales meetings, solution presentations, and product demos

  • Work with technical teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and solution documents

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

  • Maintain sales pipelines, forecasts, and customer records

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

  • Represent the company professionally in client meetings and industry events


Requirements

Essential

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in:

    • IT services

    • SaaS or software solutions

    • Cloud, DevOps, or enterprise technology

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to understand customer needs and position appropriate solutions

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

  • Comfortable working with technical teams and learning new technologies

  • Good command of English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)


Advantage

  • Experience selling:

    • IT consulting or system integration services

    • SaaS or subscription-based products

    • AI, cloud, or enterprise software solutions

  • Existing customer network in Hong Kong

  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
