Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling full spectrum of company secretarial duties for statutory compliance for the Group

  • Co-ordinate and assist in preparation of annual reports, announcements, circulars and correspondences with Stock Exchange

  • Co-ordinate and assist in preparation of documents for board meetings

  • Handle ad-hoc company secretarial duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Associate of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute 

  • Degree in Business or related disciplines

  • At least 5 years relevant experience in corporate secretarial field

  • Good knowledge in the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and the Listing Rules

  • Good command of written and spoken English

  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

  • Good interpersonal skill, proactive, independent, detailed-minded and able to work under pressure
