Financial Analyst / Senior Financial Analyst, Milwaukee Asia

Responsibilities:

  • Business partner with Asia HUB division & Marketing & Product Marketing team to provide financial analysis on sales growth & profitability
  • Conduct monthly analysis on Sales and Margin by region and product category 
  • Support budget review and analysis, YoY, growth and Gross Margin analysis for Asia regions 
  • Drive process improvements with Product Marketing team to improve NPD commercialization and budgeting 
  • Develop financial analysis tools using Power BI / Excel 
  • Work as part of Asia headquarter Finance team and act as HQ focal point; Assist Asia countries’ Financial Controllers in managing, streamlining and improving the accounting, consolidation and reporting processes. Review, establish and standardize procedures for finance operation efficiency
  • Occasional oversea travel is expected 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accounting / Finance, CPA / ACCA is a plus
  • At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
  • Familiar with Power BI is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in MS Excel with Oracle experience is preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Be able to work in fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines
  • Analytical mind with strong business acumen and excellent communication skill
  • Detailed-minded, accurate, independent, self-motivated, proactive and organized individual with good interpersonal and influential skills to work with all levels of stakeholders
