Officer - Accounting

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Accounting Officer to support daily accounting operations, including invoicing, payment checking, and bank deposits. You will assist with month-end closing and financial reporting while handling ad hoc tasks. The ideal candidate has solid accounting knowledge, proficiency in MS Office and accounting software, and can work independently to meet deadlines.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting work and maintain proper records using SAP system.

  • Handle invoicing, payment checking, and bank deposits.

  • Assist in month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.

  • Perform ad hoc assignments when required.


Requirements:

  • Associate Degree / Higher Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent (LCCI Higher level accepted).

  • Minimum 2 years’ accounting experience.

  • Good command of written and spoken English.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel); familiarity with SAP is an advantage.

  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Immediately available or short notice is highly preferred.
