What you'll be doing

• Assisting in the development and execution of effective marketing campaigns across various channels to promote our products 

• Managing social media platforms and creating engaging content to build our online community

• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand awareness to the public

• Assisting in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

• Assisting with the planning and coordination of events, exhibitions and other marketing initiatives

• Supporting the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations and digital assets

• Assisting the ad hoc duties as assigned

What we're looking for

• University degree holder with at least 2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within Retail, Beauty, or FMCG.

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and familiarity with a range of digital and traditional marketing channels

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content

• Proficiency in using marketing tools, such as social media platforms and analytics platforms

• A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing solutions

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively

• Passion for staying up-to-date with marketing trends and industry best practices
