🚀 What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and oversee daily IT operations, ensuring smooth functioning of systems, servers, and networks

• Manage and support end-users across software applications and hardware, including POS and CCTV systems

• Troubleshoot complex issues with professionalism, providing timely solutions and guidance to the team

• Plan, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, servers, and security systems

• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure service quality and timely project delivery

• Drive and manage ad-hoc IT projects, aligning them with business needs and growth strategies

🎯 What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, Exchange Server, Firewall, and Networking

• Hands-on experience with POS and CCTV systems is highly advantageous

• Proven ability to manage IT projects, vendors, and cross-functional collaboration

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as IT Supervisor

• Immediate availability is preferred
