We are currently expanding our Corporate Service Team and are seeking for a candidate that is passionate and have a love for health and fitness, service-oriented with a positive attitude, hard-working and wants to grow with our brand.

Corporate Assistant

Job responsibilities:

  • Must ride spin classes at least 4 times a week and additionally ride with clients where appropriate
  • Handle all corporate wellness partnerships
  • Understand corporate calendars and suggest team building and other targeted actions to strategically approach corporate firms
  • Expand market coverage and knowledge by working with Business Development Manager and Corporate Manager to map out relevant corporate organisations
  • Assist with the organization of private rides and events - registration of all participants, payment of the event, booking bikes into the class, pre-event reminder email, greetings, post-event follow-up
  • Brief Operations and Customer Service Teams on handling corporate/private rides clients and points to note for each class
  • Generate data reports from survey and other analytical platforms
  • Suggest strategic and well thought out action plans from the information generated from analysis
  • Work ad hoc hours and weekends
  • Assist with all brands’ work under AOXYZ as required

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree Holder or above
  • Full fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • At least 2-3 years of corporate working experience, with previous experience in the fitness/wellness industry an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can work efficiently and effectively in a team environment  
  • Possess a strong interest in fitness/wellness
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
