物業管理處

應徵者須（甲）完成獲認可之水喉、渠務或潔具學徒訓練，及於完成上述訓練後具最少一年相關系統安裝及維修工作經驗；或具最少五年水喉、渠務及潔具安裝、保養及維修工作經驗；（乙）能獨立工作；及（丙）持「建造業平安咭」。持水喉匠牌照，或持有效客貨車或電單車駕駛執照者可獲優先考慮。受聘者須按編排當值（包括假日／颱風訊號懸掛期間）及執行緊急維修工作。日班／中班受聘者須交替輪值。將以兩年合約方式聘用，完成合約後可獲約滿酬金，表現優良者可獲考慮續聘。〔註：如較早前曾申請相同職位（編號：B/2300003J/twh）者毋須再次申請。〕
