Transport OfficeThe appointee will serve as Operations Assistant, and be responsible for (a) providing clerical support, including but not limited to general clerical tasks, such as filing and data entry; (b) maintaining counter service and handling passenger enquiries/complaints; (c) providing on-site support in managing campus school bus services and school bus facilities; (d) performing driving duties (if needed); and (e) performing any other duties as assigned. Outdoor inspections and overtime work may be required.
Applicants should have/be (i) completed secondary education; (ii) a valid driving licence for Private Car and Light Goods Vehicle; (iii) a good command of spoken and written Chinese (knowledge of English and Putonghua will be advantageous); (iv) basic computer knowledge; (v) a pleasant work attitude with good interpersonal skills; and (vi) a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation. Customer service and clerical work experience, preferably gained from tertiary institutions/transportation sector, will be an advantage.
Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
