University Medical Service Office

The appointee will be responsible for (a) providing dispensing service and procedures; and (b) performing other tasks as assigned.

Applicants should have (i) Grade E/Level 2 or above in English (Syllabus B) in HKCEE/HKDSE; (ii) a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an institution recognized by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Hong Kong for registration; OR a Higher Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology from the Vocational Training Council (VTC); OR a Certificate in Dispensing Studies from VTC, plus 3 years’ on-the-job training in recognised institutions, with at least 1 year of which being post-Certificate experience; (iii) good computer knowledge; (iv) good communication skills in Cantonese, English and Putonghua; and (v) an independent and pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills. Prior experience in procurement and dispensary computer systems will be advantageous. 

Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
