School of Pharmacy The appointee will be responsible for (a) co-ordinating and providing support to the administration of undergraduate and postgraduate programme in relation to admission, curriculum and teaching arrangement; (b) providing support to the experiential learning in the education of students; (c) providing support to events and activities; (d) handling student and public enquiries; and (e) undertaking other duties as assigned.
Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree; (ii) at least 3 years’ relevant work experience in course co-ordination and handling student affairs; (iii) a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; (iv) proficiency in computer applications, such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and (v) good interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask, work independently and under pressure with tight deadlines. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test. Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
