JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage outlet employees for performance, Member and guest experience, appearance and attendance.
Must lead by example and strive to exceed Member and guest expectations and serve as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors. Set a high standard of excellence in member service and create a positive atmosphere for member relations.
Assists operational team on the floor.

Flexible and able to work weekends and holidays and a varied schedule.
English and spoken Cantonese an advantage.
Excellent leadership skills, organized, time management skills and detail oriented.

Excellent food and beverage knowledge. A thorough understanding of restaurant service.
Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Supervisor preferred.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in signature restaurant, preferably with at least 2 years in similar capacity
Proven managerial abilities in people management, strategic planning and decision making
Possess strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Strong sense in business acumen and food & beverage market trends
High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication and presentation skills, creativity and an “out of the box thinking" approach is essential
