Responsibilities:
i)   Provide I.T. technical support and maintenance for computers, networks, and I&D (D&T) Labs facilities;
ii)  Assist teachers in using software and I&D equipment for STEAM teaching and learning activities;
iii) Maintain and troubleshoot the STEAM hardware, software, and peripheral devices;
iv) Manage the I&D store room, equipment inventory, and loan of hardware and accessories;
v)  Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by teachers or the school management.

Requirements:
i)   Diploma or above Holder in Computer Science from a recognized institute or equivalent;
ii)  At least 2+ years’ experience in PC/ Mac support, Data Network, Cabling, site installation with deployment experiences, and strong coordination skills;
iii) Practical knowledge in Microsoft Windows and Mac client troubleshooting, End-user PC/ Mac support, and other Network and computer-related issues.
