Job Description
As we expand our roster of events, we are seeking a proactive and results-driven Commercial Relationships Executive to spearhead outbound lead generation, manage strategic client relationships, and drive corporate hospitality deals across our various entertainment properties. This role will involve outbound lead generation, outbound and inbound lead qualification, and hospitality deal negotiation and management.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct fast-paced, yet relationship-focused outbound lead generation, and follow up on outbound and inbound enquiries to qualify client and partner leads.
- Build the company client and partner database through various strategic means including networking, research, and cold calls.
- Generate leads for hospitality deals from initiation to closure, including expert onsite management of clients’ needs at hospitality events.
- Collaborate with the Partnerships Team to identify and introduce qualified Sponsor and Partner leads for negotiation and deal finalisation.
- Manage multiple hospitality deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships, with a view to convert hospitality clients into future sponsors and partners.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in outbound lead generation and strategic account management, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in managing corporate client relationships and closing deals.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Marketing, Business, or Communications.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Traditional Chinese. Knowledge of Mandarin is preferred.
- Flexibility to work outside of office hours to support events as required
- Attention to detail, ensures accuracy in data entry and documentation, and a fast learner
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks, and effective time management
- Proficient with productivity tools including Microsoft Office, Monday.com, Microsoft Teams, and Google Workspace (competent at Microsoft Powerpoint and experience creating/editing presentations is highly advantageous)
- Proactive, solutions mindset, with a can-do attitude
- Adaptable to change, high resilience to setbacks, and a strong communicator
- Reliable, responsible, yet can work in a dynamic, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
