We are looking for a Creative Copywriter & Content Specialist who lives and breathes advertising, social trends, and hands-on production. If you are a natural storyteller who can switch between different brand voices effortlessly, and you enjoy physically capturing and editing the content you conceptualize, you’ll fit right into our agency ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Agency Copywriting & Ideation: Brainstorm and craft high-impact creative copy for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will write everything from punchy social media captions and ad hooks to video scripts, website landing pages, and pitch concepts, adapting seamlessly to different brand tones.

• Hands-on Multimedia Production: Bring ad concepts to life. Assist or even handle the end-to-end execution of campaign content for our clients and our agency, including simple shooting and video editing, and simple graphic design using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or AI tools.

• Campaign & Concept Development: Translate client briefs into engaging content angles. Map out simple storyboards, pitch creative directions to the team, and ensure that copy and visuals work together to meet campaign objectives.

• Social Media & Ad Campaign Support: Bring your marketing and advertising awareness to the table. Help execute digital ad campaigns, understand audience behavior, and create content that maximizes engagement and conversion.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Language Mastery: Excellent command of written Chinese  is a must. You must be able to craft localized, culturally relevant storytelling and punchy ad copy. Strong proficiency in English is also highly important, as you will need to adapt brand voices and communicate concepts seamlessly across a diverse client portfolio.

• Versatile Agency Writer: A sharp knack for advertising and creative writing. You know how to craft a hook that stops the scroll, triggers emotion, and drives action.

• Advertising & Marketing Awareness: You understand agency dynamics and audience behavior. You know that content doesn't just need to look good—it needs to achieve client goals.

• Proactive & Agency-Ready: A resilient self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and can handle shifting priorities with a positive attitude.

• Production Knowledge: Process knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere) and graphic design applications (e.g., Canva, Photoshop), with an excellent eye for pacing, aesthetic layouts, and modern visual trends.
