Billing Services Officer

The Role:

  • Handle gas billing enquiries and complaints from customers
  • Handle administrative work for the Customer Enquiry & Refund Team
  • Process and compile billing data for enquiries from other departments
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments as required

The Person:

  • Diploma holder or above in any discipline
  • At least 2 years’ experiences in customer services, with basic accounting knowledge will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in PC applications especially in Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated, customer-oriented and attentive to details
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
