Digital Marketing Manager (e-Commerce)

The Role

  • Play a key role to manage e-commerce and loyalty platform to achieve sales target and maintain good merchant & partner relationships
  • Lead the loyalty program to enhance customer engagement and strengthen brand loyalty
  • Devise campaigns to activate, acquire and retain Loyalty Program members, also to increase brand awareness, oversee program operations as well as pre & post campaign analysis
  • Identify market trends and insights to evaluate and develop the digital/social and CRM strategies
  • Manage customer service for loyalty program and e-commerce for customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with IT to enhance the loyalty and e-commerce systems and contribute to big data projects

The Person

  • University degree holder preferably in e-Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in marketing/digital/CRM and database management, especially customer loyalty program set up. Management experience is essential
  • Have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and emerging technologies, and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution by working with different supporting teams and vendors to launch campaigns on time and within budget
  • Familiar with digital marketing tools including Facebook Ads Manager, 3rd party tracking, SEM, SEO and analytics
  • Working experience in mobile app and website development, and track record in customer database profiling and segmentation, as well as CRM analysis to drive revenue achievement
  • Experience in partnership and good connection with merchants
  • Good communication, presentation, analytical and project management skills
