Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with donors and prospective donors and continually identify new ways to improve the donor relationship.

• Identify and expand potential donors across different fundraising opportunities and ways of giving.

• Record, analysis and report donor information on a database including prospect, files and contact tracking processes.

• Monitor the monetary donation process, ensure timely donor acknowledgement, data accuracy and consistency.

• Monitor budget targets are met and stay informed of budgetary matters, providing solutions to raise fund with effective cost.

• Ensure donors are satisfied with their donation scheme and are kept informed of progress and milestones via preparation of updated reports.

• Assist in planning and execution of individual fundraising strategy, budget, review for income expansion and sustainability.

• Work closely with other teams to maximise the synergy of the output.

• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Economics, Business, Marketing or related discipline preferred.

• With at least 3 years’ of experience in NGO corporate fundraising activities or related field.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Cantonese and English.

• Excellent writing and editorial skills and experience in proposal writing.

• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, flexible, team-player, able to work together with team members in meeting targets.

• Recognising HKACS’s mission and vision is a must.

• Willing to take up ad-hoc assignments.
