Qualifications and Requirements:

• A doctoral degree in a relevant field.

• A proven record of, or demonstrable potential for, excellence in learning & teaching and research appropriate to the academic rank (Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor).

• A strong commitment to academic leadership, curriculum and program development, and active participation in institutional service.

• The successful candidate with relevant experience may be considered for a concurrent appointment as Department Head or senior academic management position, reflecting leadership capabilities and a commitment to advancing the strategic goals of the institution.
