Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead various youth exchange and study tour activities, ensuring that events proceed as planned
• Arrange transportation logistics for the exchange group, such as purchasing plane tickets and travel insurance
• Support team teachers and licensed leaders during activities, helping to ensure the safety of the events
• Coordinate and manage various resources needed for the activities, ensuring the preparation and distribution of materials, equipment, and other essentials
• Promote programmes and activities
• Manage project timeline and reporting

Entry Requirements:
Study Fields：

• Recognized Degree, Associate Degree or Diploma in tourism, education, communication, or related disciplines.

Certificate, License and Registration:

• Have obtained a Tour Escort Pass issued by the Travel Industry Authority (TIA)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Solid two-year experience in organising youth exchange activities and training programmes
• Having (funding) project management is an advantage
• Well versed in China and global issues; be able to keep abreast of the current affairs
• Good command in both English and Chinese /Putonghua
• Sociable with good communication attitude and skills
• Experienced in conducting youth development training programmes
• Multitasking skills and detail-oriented

Additional Requirements:
