Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage reporting, admin and financial matters
• Assist with various youth exchange and study tour activities, ensuring that events proceed as planned
• Help arrange transportation logistics for the exchange group, such as purchasing plane tickets and travel insurance
• Support team teachers and licensed leaders during activities, assisting in ensuring the safety of the events and a positive experience for participants
• Coordinate and manage the resources needed for the activities, ensuring the preparation and distribution of materials, equipment, and other essentials to ensure the efficient operation of the events
• Any other related duties assigned

Entry Requirements:
Study Fields：

• Possess an associate degree, higher diploma, or above in a relevant field

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Putonghua
• Good knowledge and skills in PC (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe)
• Knowledge in accounting is an advantage

Personal Attributes:

• With good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• With integrity on handling confidential information
• Mature, well-organised, with strong sense of responsibility, a quick learner
• Possess a detailed and positive mind and can work independently
• Tech-savvy and a problem solver
