Architect / Senior Architect

Job Description:

• To plan, design, supervise the erection of all types of building in compliance with building ordinance, regulations and requirements of public utilities
• Responsible for all stages and facets of an architectural project including research studies, advice on brief, feasibility and sketch-planning, design development, contract drawing and documents, estimates, specifications, tender action, contract supervision, and financial control as the case may require
• To coordinate the work of allied disciplines engages in building projects
• To chair client’s and site meetings and lead site visits

Requirements:

• At least 3 years post-graduate experience or equivalent
•  Applicants with AP qualification will be considered a senior position
• Strong in planning, design and contract administration skills
• Sound knowledge in construction/technical details
• Well-versed in local building regulations
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English
