The appointee will be required to perform a wide range of administrative duties to support taught postgraduate programs. Duties include but not limited to support the office counter and office administration, assist in program admission and daily program operation, maintain accurate database and records, provide on-site support to student events and perform any other duties as assigned. The appointee is expected to interact with internal and external parties.
Applicants should have a recognized bachelor’s degree, good knowledge of IT, good communication and interpersonal skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and ability to perform multi-tasks and work in a team. Working outside normal office hours may be required. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of the contract.
