Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior Manager (Coal & FSRU), the appointee will mainly perform the following responsibilities:

• To support the negotiation of fuel agreements and contract close-out in relation to the development of the Hong Kong Offshore Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Terminal
• To assist in the formulation and execution of fuel procurement strategies and revenue budgets
• To conduct regular fuel market analysis and intelligence studies as well as carry out analytical assessments for commercial evaluations and recommendations
• To coordinate with stakeholders for post-contract administration work including payment processing, insurance claims, variation orders, etc. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Commerce, Business Administration or related disciplines 
• A minimum of 6 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in energy and fuel industry
• Knowledge of power plant operation and/or shipping processes an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and good PC skills
• Good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua) languages, both spoken and written

Working Location: Admiralty

Candidates with less relevant experience may be considered for the position of Senior Officer (Fuel Supplies).
