Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Chief Manager (IT Operations), the appointee will mainly perform the following duties:
• To modernise data centre operations and improve operational efficiency through automation
• To develop and maintain a centralised knowledge repository to support daily operations and improve resolution efficiency
• To oversee daily operations and maintenance of data centre infrastructure
• To contribute to the development of future-state Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support alignment with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• A minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience in data centre operations, of which 2 years at supervisory level in top-tier data centre
• Familiar with automation tools such as Power Automate and AI
• Professional qualifications in ITIL, CDCP, Six Sigma or related qualifications an advantage
• Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written

Candidate with more relevant experience may be considered for the position of IT Lead.

This is a 2-year contract position. Renewal of contract or appointment as a member of our permanent workforce is subject to the Company’s business needs and the performance of the individual.
