Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Manager (Human Resources Services), the appointee will mainly perform the following responsibilities:

• To provide professional advice to the user departments and deliver comprehensive HR account services 
• To implement Human Resources projects such as e-recruitment, job fairs and recruitment talks and other innovative HR projects and initiatives
• To perform recruitment services for the user departments and handle employee movements including recruitment interviews, follow-up of placement, remuneration recommendation and implementation, data verification, promotions, and internal transfers
• To compile manpower statistics for the management’s review  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Journalism or related disciplines 
• A minimum of 6 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in sizeable organisations
• Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations    
• Good PC skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written

Candidate with less relevant experience may be considered for the position of Specialist (Human Resources Services).
