We are now seeking a self-driven, passionate and experienced candidate to fill the following position:
Digital and Content Specialist (: C&C/DCS/20260202_jdb)
The ideal candidate will be an independent executive, fully capable of owning, leading and executing an integrated content strategy across all the core responsibilities of the office for the branding of ISF and the benefit of the ISF community and key stakeholders.
The Specialist should be an all-round and active learner who is able to evolve to deliver goals to meet the progressive development and strategic planning of ISF and its constituents.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily operation, configuration and content updates for various internal and external digital systems, ensuring accuracy, recency, compliance and brand consistency;
Work closely with other departments and ISF stakeholders on system integration and multimedia executions;
Review, update and publish school publications, ensuring all content is accessible by school stakeholders;
Assist with content planning, strategies and creation for all digital and media platforms under ISF;
Oversee database management, analytics, reports, ecommerce and related logistics for ISF and its constituents;
Research on latest digital landscape and trends;
News monitoring and alert;
Align with and contribute to the overall strategic goals of the Communications and Community Office; and
Any other duties as assigned by the Head of Communications and other line managers
Requirements:
Degree holder, preferred in Multi-media or Digital Communications;
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience;
Proven experience in digital systems, social media, and website management;
Strong project management skills;
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational and people skills;
Positive, meticulous, resourceful, innovative and self-motivated;
Proficiency in desktop, mobile, internet and AI applications; and
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua)
