The school currently has around 2600 students and 530 employees across the ISF Pre-School and Academy.

We are now seeking a self-driven, passionate and experienced candidate to fill the following position:

Experiential Learning Facilitator (Full-Time) (: BELL/ELF/20260602_jdb)

Responsibilities:

• Support the design and delivery of experiential learning activities and programs;

• Assist in executing assigned projects, including local and overseas excursions and school-wide initiatives;

• Undertake daily operational duties of experiential learning activities as assigned;

• Work closely with Experiential Learning Coordinators to ensure smooth program execution;

• Support the Outdoor Exploration Society (OES) and other experiential learning initiatives;

• Support the safe supervision of students during all experiential learning activities;

• Support communication and coordination across departments involved in experiential learning;

• Provide support during events and activities to ensure a positive participant experience;

• Manage and maintain experiential learning equipment and materials; and

• Undertake ad hoc tasks assigned by the Experiential Learning Management team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Outdoor Education or a related discipline, or at least 3 years of relevant experience in experiential learning, outdoor education, or working with children;

• Certification in outdoor activities (e.g. high event, wilderness, or water-based activities) is an advantage;

• Knowledge and understanding of experiential learning and the Four Pillars for student safety at ISF;

• Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility in ensuring student safety and program quality;

• Knowledge of Hong Kong country parks and outdoor environments is desirable;

• Comfortable working in dynamic environments and able to adjust priorities when required;

• Works effectively and supportively with colleagues to achieve common goals;

• Willing to work irregular hours, including late afternoons, evenings, and weekends;

• Able to communicate clearly with students, staff, and parents; and

• Good command of spoken and written English; Putonghua is an advantage.
