The ISF Pre-School offers a unique bilingual (Putonghua / English) program to young learners from two years and eight months to five years of age. The ethos of Pre-School is firmly based on ISF's Vision, Mission and Values, and is strongly aligned with the Primary and Secondary learning programs of the Academy.
We are currently seeking an energetic, qualified, and experienced candidate to join the Pre-School:
Temporary Non-Class-Based English Lead Teacher (: PRE/TET/20260720_jdb)
The position will be a non-class-based leadership role focused primarily on curriculum development, enhancement of English language programmes, resource development, and teacher support across the school.
Contract Period: mid-August 2026 to mid-June 2027
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education;
A minimum of 5 years' experience teaching English to children aged 3–6 years;
Demonstrated experience in developing and writing inquiry-based curriculum for early childhood education;
Strong understanding of child development and effective early years pedagogy;
Chinese-English bilingual proficiency, with strong written and spoken communication skills in both languages preferred;
Ability to work collaboratively with teaching teams to support curriculum development, implementation, and professional learning;
Experience providing instructional coaching or leadership in English language programmes would be an advantage; and
