The ideal candidate will satisfy the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline;

• Relevant experience working at schools and / or tertiary institutions, including experience in university guidance operations;

• University guidance and counseling experience in a bilingual or international school setting is preferred;

• Strong knowledge of university systems around the world academic programs, admission policies and financial policies and procedures;

• Strong communication skills; capable of effectively and professionally communicating with a variety of audiences including students, parents, faculty and advisors;

• Excellent interpersonal skills, case work and team work skills;

• Sensitivity to confidential matters is required; and

• Meticulous, detail-oriented with high initiative.
