The International Montessori School (IMS) was founded to enable each child to develop his or her own individual gifts and talents within a caring, supportive and respectful learning community. IMS provides the highest quality education possible with a strong emphasis on the academics, in a child-oriented, creative and dual language (English & Mandarin) Montessori learning environment.

Chinese Teacher (Mandarin Speaking) 

  • Possess an undergraduate degree and a recognized teacher certification. i.e. Bachelor of education, Postgraduate Diploma in Education(PGDE) or equivalent. Montessori teacher training diploma preferred. 

  • At least 1 year’s primary school teaching experience

  • Native Putonghua speaker with Certificate of Proficiency in Putonghua First Class

  • Patient, friendly, with good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Applicants must have full working rights for Hong Kong
