職責:
1.全面監督點心廚房的日常運作,確保高效運轉
2.確保所有點心出品質,並嚴格控制份量和食物成本
3.管理食材庫存,確保食材新鮮,並監督採購流程
4.嚴格執行食品安全與衛生規範,確保廚房環境清潔


要求:
1.具備5年以上點心師傅經驗
2.精通各類傳統和現代點心烹飪技術,包括蒸、炸、煎、焗等
3.深入了解食品安全、衛生標準和廚房管理實踐
4.有良好的溝通能力和團隊合作精神
